Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Prep Thamizha. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. About Prep Thamizha
Prep Thamizha is an educational application developed and operated by Prep Thamizha, designed to help candidates prepare for TNPSC (Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission) competitive examinations.
2. Eligibility
Prep Thamizha is for adults (18+). You must be at least 18 years of age to use this app. By using Prep Thamizha, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. User Accounts
- Accounts are created using Google Sign-In only.
- Each account is limited to one active device at a time (single-device login policy). Signing in on a new device will automatically sign out the previous device.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
- You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others.
- You can delete your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy and /delete-account.html.
4. Free and Pro Features
Prep Thamizha offers two tiers:
- Free: After the Free Pro period, access to the first 20 practice questions per session.
- Pro: Unlimited practice, Quick 5, Mock Tests, Subject-wise Practice, Previous Year Papers, and session save/resume.
5. Free Pro Period
Pro features are free for all users until 15 December 2026. After that, plans are billed through Google Play at the prices shown in the app.
6. Subscription Plans & Pricing

- Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date, per Google Play Billing's standard subscription terms.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Payments are processed securely by Google Play Billing.
7. Refund Policy
Exception: If your payment was debited but Pro access was not activated within 24 hours, please contact us at prepthamizha@gmail.com with your order details within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
8. Content & Intellectual Property
The app's design, branding, user interface, and original content are the intellectual property of Prep Thamizha. All rights reserved.
Questions are prepared for the official TNPSC syllabus and reviewed by tutors.
You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the app without prior written permission from Prep Thamizha.
9. Content Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of questions and answers. However, errors may exist. If you find a content mistake, please report it via the Feedback option in the app. We will review and correct it promptly.
Prep Thamizha does not guarantee that use of this app will result in success in any examination.
10. Prohibited Use
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
- You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers or databases.
- You may not circumvent any payment or access control mechanisms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, attempt to misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity (including payment disputes on valid purchases).
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prep Thamizha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription plan in question.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
